Clunie Keenleyside

IEEP UK Associate

Clunie Keenleyside specialises in EU and UK agricultural, biodiversity and rural development policy. Before joining IEEP she spent seventeen years focusing on the design, implementation and evaluation of agri-environment schemes under Pillar 2 of the CAP. She has had extensive experience of capacity building in EU Member States, and of policy analysis and development at both EU and UK level, including numerous European Commission studies (covering a range of topics including Natura 2000 farming, agroforestry, land abandonment, HNV farmland and the CAP, agri-environment schemes and soil protection). Clunie holds a degree in agriculture from Cambridge University and an MSc in ecology from Aberdeen University.
