IEEP UK monitors the development of EU and UK legislation across a wide range of thematic areas such as environment, climate, marine and fisheries, transport and agriculture.

Our analysis of divergence in environmental policy is based on the raw data and information generated by our legislative tracker and informs our policy discussions. Our current tracking of legislation is based on longstanding tradition, experience and expertise of the EU and UK political processes. The Manual of European Environmental Policy up until it ceased publication in 2012 was the forerunner of our current legislative tracking work.
