Christopher researches and analyses the air quality policies of the UK and devolved governments, with reference to global policies and guidelines, promoting improvements in the environment and health. He also represents IEEP UK on air quality to broader stakeholders in government, NGOs and academia.

Before joining IEEP, Christopher built layers of policy experience working with governments, a think tank, and a campaign group, most recently working on several projects as a consultant in environmental economics to the World Bank, an international development institution. He also has practical experience in sustainable food production and rural estate management. He studied geography at the University of Oxford.
