Clare Hamilton

Clare Hamilton is an environmental lawyer and policy professional with 20 years’ experience working for the UK and Scottish Governments on a range of environmental issues, including biodiversity, air pollution and climate change.  She was one of the lead negotiators for the EU and its member states in international biodiversity negotiations and has chaired negotiations and sessions at international, EU, national, regional and local levels. Since leaving government, much of her focus has been on climate change and energy.
