Holly Tomlison
IEEP UK Senior Policy Analyst: Agriculture & Land Use
Holly researches and analyses the farming, land use and related policies of UK and devolved governments, comparing them with each other and the EU. She produces briefings, organises events and reports and supports the wider IEEP UK team.
Prior to joining IEEP UK she spent around 6 years working on agricultural policy for The Landworkers’ Alliance, a small-scale sustainable farmers’ union, where she focussed on policy for new entrant farmers across the UK and led on agricultural policy in Wales. She also worked on policy and regulation in the renewable energy sector for around 10 years and studied law and international politics. Outside of policy work, she is establishing a new organic veg farm near Cardiff.
