IEEP director David Baldock took part in WWF/IEEP Roundtable discussion on Economic Recovery Plans on 16th March 2009 in Brussels where European economic recovery plans and associated national measures were discussed.

The background paper also asks some key questions about environmental impacts and how the civil society should respond.
