Three years on from Brexit, the laws and policy that once united the UK and the EU around the environment and climate, have been quietly diverging from one another.

Michael Nicholson, Head of UK Environmental Policy at IEEP UK, provides a run-down of key legislative developments that have taken place over the last few years and provides commentary on the significance of changes to come in the year ahead.
