This report summarises findings of previous deliverables (D9 and D17). Also included here is a description of alternative indices for investigation that have been highlighted over the course of INDECO meetings. A key objective of this deliverable is to make recommendations on the future application and research of indicators that may offer a basis with which to assess the CFP.
