Anne is Head of Operations and Company Secretary at the Aldersgate Group, where she leads on HR, governance, finance and organisational development. She is a member of the senior leadership team and supports the Board and its committees in maintaining effective governance and oversight.

Anne has extensive experience in people management, organisational development and governance within purpose-driven organisations. She is an Associate Member of the CIPD and is particularly interested in creating positive workplace cultures, supporting employee wellbeing and helping organisations grow sustainably.

Before joining the Aldersgate Group, Anne worked for more than a decade in the sustainable travel and conservation sector, developing partnerships with environmental organisations around the world.

Outside work, Anne enjoys gardening, playing sports, hiking and travel.
